yes, this is indeed great news... of course, there's still the damage control 
mop-up operation to be done in the wake of SCO's libel. and there's still the 
issue of what code, if any, IBM put in that they shouldn't have under 
contract to SCO. if there is any such code, it may still need to be replaced.

but yes, at least they can't go after SuSe, Red Hat, Mandrake, users of Linux, 
etc.. as they only have their contracts to go on now.
