because McBride is a moron who doesn't know wtf he's talking about? because 
his sole intent is probably to pump (and likely dump) SCO stock, regardless

seeing as SuSe and Conectiva were the only two distributions of merit 
involved, i'd say yes. add to that the fact that UL has significant ISV 
support (e.g. Oracle, IBM and SAP), that SuSe is doing quite well these days, 
that the market and press considers SuSe/UL to be "the other commercial Linux 
distribution" (which really isn't all that fair to Mandrake, IMHO) ....
