do you have any experience with the original nforce, if so how does 
nforce2 compare?  I know with the original nforce it also required a
binary driver for the onboard NIC and a patch for one of the standard
sounds drivers (intel i810 or something like that), but I could never get
any better than udma2 from the ide controller.
