Good idea, but before I can do polls I will need a server with CGI and
Perl or PHP. Right now the site is just on my Shaw space.

Anybody with a server out there willing to host this?

Regards,

Brian H.

So far so good!

How about some a quick and dirty 'vi' command summary?

Also an idea that I've been kicking around (esp. if you are into polls)
is a
section for newbies that shows the best (that's where the polls come in)
programs for doing things (eg. CD burning, Word Processing, etc.). I
remember when I started using Linux, there were a lot of different
programs
for doing things and it took a while before I had a sense of a) what
programs do what, and b) what programs do what best.

keep up the good work,

Marcel
