assuming nothing breaks and their requirements don't change much, then the job 
should be fairly straightforward ;-)

the sys admin area is actually one where there are a lot of differences 
between the OSes... network management is rather different, for instance. i'd 
recommend picking up a book or three on the topic and immersing yourself in 
it.

if you know Linux well, then the learning curve should be pretty easy to get 
up... i wouldn't recommend a Windows or Mac tech do the same, but with the 
foundational knowledge of UNIX that Linux provides, you should be able to 
manage your way through most things quite quickly.
