Hi Some of our emails from / to one of our suppliers in Germany are not getting through. Looking at the headers of the ones that have arrrived show no delays of more than a few seconds except in the internal server at the other end where it is sometimes as much as 12 minutes. Could this indicate a problem at their end and is there anything else I can do to track the problem? The mails are not bouncing they just get dropped somewhere.
