Yes, it's a really old disk. That seems to explain it, the only thing I
don't understand is why I just started seeing this, I didn't upgrade my
kernel or anything, and Redhat 9 ran for a few months without any errors
in the logwatch report (I should probably do a grep of
/var/log/messsages, but firestarter puts so much junk in there that I
don't want to take the time to wade through it).
