Yes BT does work that way.  Some people are going to be put out by
having to contribute some of their bandwidth to help out but their
options are:
 1) share a bit of bandwidth and download the Cluggix ISO
 2) don't download Cluggix.  Unless we really luck out I don't think
    we're ever going to be in a position to host ISOs off one machine.

Besides.  If quite a few of us with broadband internet connectivity
leave our machines serving the ISO the load on any one client will
probably be minimal.
