The service works fine most of the time, but today I was unable to either send or receive emails. The error message was to the effect that the email client could not connect to the server(s)....
It was a problem with their SMTP/POP servers since I could still surf the web without any problems...

I use Telus as a provider and for my e-mail. It works fine for me.

What kind of problems do you seem to be experiencing?
