Use HDD Platters. Much niftier looking than CDs (but the same general idea) and REALLY fun to dig out of the HDD case. There's usually a few of them in each HDD case. You'll want misc. screwdrivers, Hammers. Axes are good. Grinders. Depending on the age of the kids, it'll either be really fun or really dangerous. I suppose it may be both for some kids...
