Go to https://secure.shaw.ca. You'll need to log in, so if you've never set
this up before, be ready to give your name, Shaw account number, modem serial
number, and, um, postal code I think.

Once you set a username and password and log in, on the main Account Services
page is a link that reads "Your Modem Usage". Unfortunately, it's written in
some pretty <bitter>fancy</bitter> javascript, and works great in IE, but it
does not work at all in Konqueror (in fact, you can't even load that site
without changing your browser identification), and it only works in Mozilla
if you have "Allow web sites to open unrequested windows" enabled. There are
so many ways I could rant about this, but I'm betting everyone here already
knows the tune, and I don't want to offend whoever it was who admitted the
other day that they worked for Shaw. ;-)
