Found my problem after some googleing, it seems that capacitors on mobo's buldge/leak sometimes, who knew<shrug>? In my case one of them had and the mobo was exhibiting all the signs that I was reading about, I'm taking it back to memory express and they are going to replace it hopefully.FWIW,

Blown caps can be replaced is some cases if the board isn't under warranty.
