Hmmm... Using KDE 3.0.5a, I found a measurement selection for imperial or metric in Control Centre under Personalization/Country and Language, and discovered that with locale set to Canada, the said setting had defaulted to imperial. What I haven't found yet is Kweather.... Guess I'll have to dig a bit deeper. (The latest kweather files on Sourceforge are from 2000 and are for version 0.96a).
