We at Lexicom have had complaints from people who are connected through Telus having their regular email duplicated, triplicated, quadruplicated, and so on, when they send. Their outgoing mail server is set to Telus. Odds are it is not the list software, nor is it the sender's email program. It could well be that the mail servers for Telus (and perhaps other ISPs) are misbehaving badly and sending multiples outbound and delivering multiples inbound.
