qmHandle is good, but you have to be sure that qmail-send isn't running
when using it or else you'll corrupt your queue and that's bad.  The way
you can check your current queuelifetime setting with the qmail-showctl
program in /var/qmail/bin it should show you the queuelifetime in seconds.
