It's been a long time since I used Mandrake, so this might not be the best 
method but you could try finding a precompiled binary rpm and installing it 
using rpm -Uvh <rpm_name_here>.

Here's a link to a few options to get you started:

Note that Evolution has some dependencies including libsoup, gtkhtml3 and 
gnome-spell.  You may want to check that these RPMs are also installed on 
your system before installing the main Evolution RPM.  You can use rpm -q 
(libsoup | gtkhtml3 | gnome-spell) for that.
