I am currently using Macromedia's Homesite+ for my personal web development efforts at home. I'd like to switch to a different tool where the Licensing doesn't say I'm breaking the law (if/when I quit my current job - I'm using a license from work). Can anyone offer some worth while open source alternatives for a windows platform?
I like the code complete feature, and the fact that I can edit the functions and parameters to popup with the code complete, but other than that, I'm not tooo particular about any other feature.
