Personally I'm glad to see the delay, both as a developer and user. A new Microsoft OS inevitably requires a doubling of hardware requirements just to run at the same speed as the old one.

With Linux, updates are much more frequent. Gentoo: every time something new is released :) Fedora: every 6 months. Windows: 3 years and counting... When will microsoft learn: simplicity isn't a bad thing. One of the reasons I hated (past tense) coding for Windows was that everything was so complex compared to the equivilent task on Linux. Do you even want to think about how much of a programming nightmare this fabled "full-featured filesystem" will be? It physically hurts me to think that a company this stupid is able to survive. (But I like their games) _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca
