Curiously enough, I migrated from blackbox (on which fluxbox is based) to KDE. I appreciate having a desktop environment when I'm using my computer as a desktop. When I want a gaming/development box I usually kick over to blackbox (cleaner, simpler, less resources and highly configurable). When I want to futz with server-type stuff, I don't use a GUI at all. And all on the same box! Imagine!! Ah, the glory of choice! ;-) Curtis _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca
