UPDATE!!! I went to Staples tonight and picked a 256MB SanDisk Cruzer Mini drive. Also took my Suse 9 live eval disk with me to make sure it works in linux. Walked right over to a gorgeous Sony Vaio, rebooted and up it came no problem. Slapped the dive into a usb port and up it came.
I did check the properties and apparently it is a FAT file system and actually registers as 245 MB. Thanks for the help with this tuff guys. I am trying to figure out exactly what I want to do with it, but have lots of time for that.
