I spoke with Matthew Rice last week via email and he would like to come either weekend before or after OSCON in Portland. The weekend before is would be July 23-July 25 and the weekend after would be the Heritage Day Long weekend July 30-Aug 2.
Because we need to have labs in both Edmonton and Calgary, the long weekend might be a better choice. The only question would be if enough people are available on the Long weekend. Tentative schedule would be Friday Evening and Saturday in Calgary and Sunday and Monday in Edmonton.
