I've exceeded 100 Gigs in a month, and they never cared.  I did a backup of a 
server from work, and KNEW it would be a lot of traffic, so I called them in 
advance to let them know it was going to happen.  My home account is just a 
normal residential account.

My average month is much lower, perhaps 5-15 gigs.

They'll care far more about upload, I suspect.  Mine is always pretty low.  I 
doubt I ever exceed a gig.
