Straight through I believe, if the upstairs ends are terminated to RJ45s or 
RJ45 wall sockets you will of course need to find out which version they are 
wired to.

I have a large box of Cat 5 and RJ45s sitting around also some double wall 
sockets etc. let me know before Wednesday if you want anything.
