Actually, I think that's Shaw blocking you. You can't get to Shaw's mail servers (POP3 at least) from outside their network, as far as I can tell. My company recently switched from Shaw's business service to ADSL and I found I could no longer check my home email from work. Webmail was the only way to go (well, or a tunnel of some sort back to home, VPN or SSH, but I haven't gotten that fancy yet. ;-) ) Ian -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFA9YF3SiY+RXI7JS4RAuvCAKCeYLN7VE2fsGUX1J93TgbeIBVNRwCfVzcp zEVATkzwu0d8jHvJSc7LjNQ= =0OCN -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca
