Hello Aaron, I got both line wrap and spell checking working fine now in KEdit. I do not know how come I could not find spell checking in KWrite, but it is neat that I can select run together words as spelling errors in KEdit and KEdit will suggest the separated words as a choice of correct spelling if that box is checked, which I did do.
For the time being, my favorite editor for general writing purposes is KEdit. But the vim editor is my favorite for my daily agenda because of what I can do with line numbering in the vim editor. From time to time KWrite is fun to play with too. Thank you for all your help.
