Memory Express has always been very good and very competitive over the years.
Even the local distributors have trouble competing. If you want better
pricing, I would consider talking with a big distributor out of Vancouver or
Toronto.

When I was looking for a video card, Memory Express had the best price,
and I must say that their other prices look good as well (I haven't
compared them) even without the 3% discount. This isn't to say they're
the best, but don't expect the price to go much lower.
