We have recently decomissioned an old Digital 700R server that we would like to offer to clug:
4 X Pentium Pro 200 768 Mb ram 2 X Mylex DAC960 Raid controllers (32 Mb Battery backed cache) 20 X 4 gig Hot swap SCSI HD (Quantum or seagate I believe) 2 X external HD enclosures with 7 bays each External cables for the enclosures, and various spare parts. Rackmount rails (If I can find them)
It used to be an exchange server, I've run NT4, Win2000, Redhat 9.0 on it. It ran Linux the best of all. It is in excellent working condition.
We also have an old Intel box:
1 X PII 300 Mhz 2 X VRM for PII 300 Mhz 256 MB ram 10 4 Gig SCSI Hot swap drives 1 Mylex DAC 960 Raid controller (Questionable condition) 3 X Power supplies Intel Dual CPU Mainboard (440LX chipset)
This Box will accept a standard ATX motherboard.
If clug is interested, let me know, otherwise does anyone on the list know of a worthy (Non-Comercial) cause to whom we could donate?
