[clug-talk] Bittorrent troubles

I am having trouble with bittornado... it gives me the yellow light, 
meaning no incoming connections, but I have port forwarding enabled on 
my router, and the ports unblocked (for TCP) on iptables.  Does this 
just mean that no one has tried uploading from me yet?  If so, do I just 
have to wait until it happens to get a better d/l speed?  How is 
"leaching"  tracked?  Is it per torrent, or what?
