Hey Group,

Sorry for creating another thread about this but I wanted to send something
that I think addresses the meat of what we are discussing.

Currently the Executive are in the process of deciding on whether to break off
and meet in smaller groups. We will announce our decision on this matter
soon. Some of you may not believe that that is the most important issue but
we felt it was the most divisive (litererally and figuratively). We are
discussing the matter of meetings, meeting formats and presentations so there
may be many more things we are voting on officially. We just wanted you to
know that we are doing something about this in the background and that you
have been heard.

I would like to say at this point that all suggestions are welcome at this
point and we will take them all under advisement. I don't want to put a time
limit on this but we will have to call and end eventually and then the
Executive can ruminate on these ideas and make some decisions as to how to
best implement them and how.

I want to thank everyone who has put forth ideas on the subject. I would like
to say as a moderator that no idea is stupid or wrong... so let's not bash
anything that people are putting forward. This list is scary at times and I
have sensed a lot of fear of backlash for posting. This list ends up being a
forum for a lot of people and sometimes things degrade badly.
