The bylaws of CLUG state: "4.0 It shall be the duty of the Secretary to attend all meetings of the Guild and of the Board, and to keep accurate minutes of the same......"
I didn't see the minutes on the CLUG web site, is there a link I missed? Are they available?
Perhaps if the members could read the minutes they would have a better idea what the Board is doing for the group.
