Hey Scott; Good question. There are two sets of minutes. The monthly minutes and the executive minutes. During the last AGM it was decided by a majority of voting members present that we would post the Executive minutes and as with most of life the road to hell... well you know.
I had completed (typing and formatting) all of the minutes however just when they were prepared as text files the website was taken off line and is at this time being worked on. So although they are available (right up to the last meeting October 28/04 - those ones haven't been typed up yet) we have yet to actually post them on the website due to technical difficulties. I will let you know that there are copies with me at each of the monthly meetings and as is normal for Societies - I will make any and all minutes available to any Tier Two member within a reasonable timeframe. I hereby ask the gentlemen taking care of the website (Jason, Jarrod, Szemir) when they think that we could have the minutes posted. Also if anyone has a burning desire to look them over :-) I have text copies that I could forward you off-list. ______________________________________________ "7.2 The books and records of the Guild may be inspected by any Tier Two (2) Member of the Guild at the Annual General Meeting or at any time upon giving reasonable notice and arranging a time satisfactory to the Executive(s) having charge of same. I didn't see the minutes on the CLUG web site, is there a link I missed? Are they available? Perhaps if the members could read the minutes they would have a better idea what the Board is doing for the group.
