Thanks, that was really useful. I have looked briefly at a number of them and it seems that the majority of the apps are web or server centric. While this is a very good model, is anyone aware of a crm that uses synchronization either peer to peer or with a server. My problems is people do not always have web access when they are on the road.
I am confused with how vtiger relates to sugarcrm. I can hazard to guess that the vtiger is the front end which could include a plug-in for outlook and sugarcrm is the back end server but can also be access through the web.
