No sugarcrm is a completely different CRM package, it also has limited
capabilities apposed to vtiger. However vtiger is a little more flaky than
sugarcrm. If you dont want a "web" based client access and more of a client
> server relationship then you will be looking more at a Maximizer type of
software package which is not cheap. We have found that the web based CRM
packages work best as it allows clients to access the crm info from any
internet connected PC. Nice for people on vacations, etc. If they dont have
an internet connection then how do you establish a client > server
relationship?? Either way your clients will require a network connection so
I would recommend web based. If you need a hand with configuration of this
type of setup I can be of assistance, email me off list for this help.

cheers,

Jim
