While I appreciate you coming to the defence of the Executive and the rest
of the group, I would like to remind you that Niels' email was sent to the
list mistakenly and was meant as a private message to Marcel. Please keep
that in mind.

I agree with a lot of what you have said Kevin. A lot of it rings true for
me. I am looking forward to being able to spend more time with my wife and
kids. I am an eternal optimist so all the hurtful things that Niels said put
aside, I was able to see some constructive criticism in his email. Many have
also said that including you in your message below. Don't dismiss Niels'
ideas outright.

I think ideas are good, I think participation is better but if you can't
participate by being involved personally then input is a fall-back.
