Hmmmm........ Not having any problems with that here (Kmail 3.2.3/Mandrake
10.1). In "settings / configure kmail / network / sending " I have the
following settings in my outgoing account:
Name: Telus
Host: smtp.telus.net
Port: 25
Precommand: (blank)
"Server requires authentication" is deselected.
"send custom hostname to server" is deselected
