Yep, do server side filtering. You would use procmail, maildrop, etc. to accomplish this. I haven't gotten this working yet myself, but know that setting this up depends a little on the imap server you are using (is it maildrop that works with cyrus, but not courier?) If you DO get this running, I'd luv to hear how you did it... :)
