The best true case tool I know of for Linux (thus far) is Umbrello. If you compile it with the right options, you can even do Entity Relationship Diagrams with it. Though I haven't yet figured out how to generate the SQL code from that diagram. With regards to UML and class diagrams though - it's an awesome tool.
