I think this is a great idea. The problem would be to organize and collect the food before the next meeting. Is there something that we could do for the program sig that might be of interest to the group at large. I know that would mean two meetings from the majority of the folks, but it is for a good cause.
An alternative, we could pledge a certain amount of money for those that want to participate and someone could just purchase items like the basic staples bundle that safeway has. We could all get together on the appointed day for the video shoot or could we shoot the video ourselves and submit it. BTW, did someone say that you would be on television?
