I moved from ubuntu to kanotix to give KDE a shot. I learned alot making the move including how to repair dsdt.aml files and my laptop is working great now. But there are 2 issues that I would like to get working. One is the suspend to ram which seem to suspend but when I hit a key instead of shutting down my laptop (Acer Travelmate 2312) turns off instead of resuming. The second is that my suspend to disk works great but I have no touchpad upon resuming. Any ideas would be great.
