Also have a look at BAMNET - http://www.bamnet.com/tollfreeisp/index.asp .

Shaw did a deal with tollfreeisp which was a dial up internet provider who
provided metered dialup. This was great for Shaw customers who travel and
can't get high speed or wireless. I used them for the introductory offer of
10 hours or so, and it worked well (for dial up ;>) ) . Looks like they went
under and a new similar service is picking up the pieces. They have a free
introductory offer. I think I'll give them a try myself.
