Things disappearing into Shaw's network of mail servers and not coming out for an hour or two isn't much of a surprise. :-) They really aren't renowned for their quality of service in the email department. But, was that whole thing all for one email? As Gustin asked, why does it bounce around so much? GMail to you to Shaw to Telus. Seems a little convoluted.
