I'm running one of these with 2 x 256 PC100 sticks and it's running velly goodly.

And, to help keep this off topic thread on topic, my system seems to accepted the 256 MB stick without complaint, so take that, HP website! According to their documentation, that's as high as it goes. If I had a 512 MB stick of PC133, I'd try to prove them wrong again, but I don't.
