It may just ba a problem with your shaw email address which MS is rejecting.
Just heard today from someone at MS that they cannot receive any email from a @shaw address - I experienced this with one of my clients as well. Looks like Shaw got one of their email servers listed on the Sorbs RBL and are having a hard time getting it removed. Started happening on Friday night.
