If you view your /etc/passwd file and look for the apache entry, you
should see something like this:
apache:x:81:81:apache:/home/httpd:/bin/false
You should notice that the login shell is set to something along the
lines of /bin/false or nologin. IIRC, this means you cannot log in as
that user.
