I haven't tried anything yet, I've just been doing lots of reading. I don't think a project management package will suit our needs. One of the main goals is to better schedule relief workers. So basically when a staff member is sick, on vacation, or whatever, we will be able to go to a central database and find a relief worker who is available and has the competencies to meet the clients needs as well as the ability to get to the location. I need a number of other features as well including good report generation so that we can analyze inefficiencies in our workforce.
