DeVry leases from Sprint... and pay for bandwidth by the GB, which is
why they don't let certain file extensions through the firewall
(obviously not a fool-proof solution,) and normally _DO NOT_ want
people downloading large files in general.  At the CLUG meeting, we
are hooked up to a different network which is not firewalled by DeVry,
so please don't abuse it.
