Sadly, mine has become totally unstable with respect to any suspend or
shut down options. Most of the time I have to hit the power button to
shut the computer off now (not kill with a long hold, but the software
menu items have all but stopped working) and resume is 100% failure now.

The weird thing is that this thing was behaving beautifully with
Flight7, but I've been doing the daily updates via adept. It's getting
worse the more I update.

No. I didn't get the sense that was necessary. The upgrade instructions
for 5.10 users is to change their repositories to Dapper and update.
Since I'm already using the Dapper repos, I figure I'm as updated as I'm
going to get. Is there a flaw in my logic?
