I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I installed apache2-common, php4-pear, and postgresql (Debian Stable). I then turned off Exim which was installed with postgres, and ran ./horde_install.sh -p -d -u -g -v -k -c. I ran through the script and then restarted the Kolab services. While the Kolab admin interface is now running on port 8000, nothing is running on port 80. I'm not sure how to get the horde interface up and running.
