You want CUPS.  Set up the printer with the graphic util (print manager
in KDE) then on the windwos box give the url to your printers as:
ipp://ip.of.my.cups.server/printername
You may need to replace ipp with http (it has been a while since I have
done this... and cannot test from Germany).  Hope this points you in the
right direction.
