Just to be a semantic smart ass, does this not qualify as some problems,
thereby making the statement "... no problems" inaccurate?  :)

Once you step out of the mainstream this is not always  the case.
Unfortunately some of the audio apps I use have issues (stability or
segfaulting, or other random issues) with the 64bit version, if there
even are 64 bit versions available.  Also, low latency kernels can be
unforgiving of 3rd party binary drivers as well as exhibit weirdness
with some hardware.

Even with distros like 64studio, my *stable* working rig is currently a
customized Kubuntu 32bit install.

I am also not sure what moving to a 64 bit distro actually gets me other
than a few more headaches, which I certainly don't need.  I have not
noticed any actual improvements between 32 and 64 bit versions (K/Ubuntu
and 64studio are the only two I tried in 64).

I do not consider the inability see flash and WMVs to be a "feature".
Media on linux is enough of a PITA as it is.
